About the song: Each moment is precious but mostly drudgery. Therefore drudgery is precious. But the person singing cannot see that.

The production: Partly an exercise getting away from Logic stock drummer. Finding a drummer with extra time is tough on SC plus I am impatient. The piece does use Logic drum samples but they are edited and re-crafted, plus mixed with my keyboard-based drumming. This project started in May but tried many bridges before going with this Jam-based version. If you listened within the first hour or two you got a completely different bridge which consisted of a piano & cello mini-performance! It was a bit of a jarring transition however so I replaced it with layered, building guitars an hour or so after release. Since then have remastered it 4 times, including one from landr.com uploaded at around 1:30pm on 11/8/2017 New York time.  LANDR has really improved since I first tried it in 2015 but if I spend even a few dedicated minutes in iZotope I can usually top it. Getting harder though.
