Biography:
Simos was born & raised in 1982 in the city of Serres, located at the North of Greece, getting experienced into House music & rhythms in the mid '90s. His passion growing for music has lead him into performing his very first mixes as a DJ on private & underground parties in first sight.
His love for music expanded while working on his very first studio projects in the early '10s, quickly attracting the interests of labels like Change Audio, Modu & Lynx Rec in '12-'13, till nowadays with a great ammount of recent - top notch - releases on labels Particles, Suffused Music, Mistique, System, Dopamine & Movement Recordings, receiving great support from the likes of of artists like Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren, Cid Inc, Marcelo Vasami, Stas Drive, Silinder & more..!
Since the last years some important gigs have started in the local scene, with Simos sharing decks with important artists from around the world including Guy J, Moshic, Luis Junior, Scotty A, Navar, Estroe & more, on major events & venues in the north such as Movement Events.
Releases followed on Mango Alley, GMJ&Matter's Meanwhile Rec. and of course Praveen's Juicebox Music, which are biggest references for more...
Nowadays, Simos gets busy working on limited & well-focused studio projects, as well as gigs around the country with many surprizing news & projects to be seen & heard.

In this episode i present you my guest and mentor from Saturo Sounds 
Mr. Shaun Strudwick.

Shaun has been in love with progressive house music since the early 1990s. Having taken some time off during the 2000s to raise his family Shaun has since re-ignited his passion for hypnotic rhythms and enchanting melodies.
In 2016 Shaun began curating his own deep progressive radio show called “Quarks & Quaaludes – an Epic House Journey” to showcase the music that he loves: deep melodic progressive vibes that move the mind, body, and soul.

The radio show has provided an amazing opportunity to connect with like-minded up and coming artists in the industry - and has featured many top talents who have since gone on to achieve even greater heights.

Shaun's passion & dedication to developing Saturo Sounds Radio as A&R Manager has seen the station go from strength to strength in recent years - with the acquisition of many global artists alongside up and coming DJs & Producers.

Seb is one of my absolute biggest influences. The first time I heard him was in an interview when he was live on Swiss radio with a certain Mental X, a luminary of electronic music in Switzerland. His music captivated me from the first moment and never let me go. So it makes me all the more proud to welcome Seb to my show.

Biography:
A disciple of classical music and the piano for a decade, Seb has come a long way from his Romanian roots to being the globetrotting DJ/producer/label owner he is today. His productions have garnered support from industry luminaries such as Nick Warren, Sasha, John Digweed, Hernan Cattaneo, Carl Cox or Laurent Garnier, while subtly urging the listener to drift into a deeper state of mind.
His sensitivity to human emotion is depicted throughout his tracks and mixes, as it takes the listener through an entire spectrum of moods and sensations

These are also the ideals of our small organisation "TechnoPiraten".
Everyone should be able to be as they are and be respected as they are.
I have been playing electronic music for 4 years now, but since 2000 it is an essential passion in my life.
As Käptn Flanger I like to play Progressivhouse, Techhouse, Deephouse and Downtempo.
Katz & Muus is a side project where I (Flanger) and my wife (LogArithmic) play together. Our focus is more on powerful, deep downtempo, but still danceable. But we also like to play Melodichouse and Deephouse.

BFSN (or Biffson) is an international DJ from Bern (CH)
He's mixing mainly progressive house and melodic house since 2011. 
His sets are peppered with spherical sounds, playful, deep and groovy, in search of the perfect flow and transition.
BFSN has also been mixing guest mixes since 2019, which are well received by hosts and their listeners. At the end of 2020, he was able to present his skills through a DJ competition of the world-renowned label and radio station "Saturo Sounds", based in the UK, and was given his own monthly radio show "Lost In Sound" since the beginning of 2021 which can be listened to every 2nd Thursday of the month from 9pm (CET) on www.saturosounds.com
