JEFFREY OKON, known publicly as SOSOBEAT is a music producer, SOUND ENGINEER, SONGWRITER also a MUSIC ARTIST in the Afrobeats scene was born in lagos Nigeria, Virginia on july 19 1983.

As a multi-talented music producer, song writer as started creating hit tracks from the early year 2008 on which his future production hit was FOLLOW FOLLOW by LKT feat P-SQUARE In the early 2011.
Super-music producer SOSOBEAT has stamped in the music scene since the mid-2001. His production has helped create career-defining hits for artists from the legendary to the upcoming artist.
Respected beyond the genres of URBAN, HIP HOP and AFROBEAT, musicproducer SOSOBEAT whose musical influences cross cultural lines from hip hop star EEDRIS ABDULKAREEM to others, his goal is still to blow the listener’s mind and make them move to the beat.

SOSOBEAT to being CEO of his own label SOSOBEAT MUSIC as also introduced a unique rhythmic style that defined the new wave of music in Nigeria mixed with a new sound effects .
Sosobeat trademark sound has spawned numerous imitators—yet he has always remained the acknowledged originator. Not surprisingly given his talents, he started a new label in partnership with LAKREEM ENTERTAINMENT  even as he delivered an album to both company.
