Jose Melendez aka Kraiz Mikaze born on September 30 1986 was born and raised in New York City. His mom from East New York (Brooklyn) His pops from Polo Grounds (Harlem) so he was influenced with the best of both worlds (Home of Biggie and Big L). Kraiz Mikaze grew up on 103rd street Douglas Projects. Where he would spend the early stages of his life learning the ropes of the streets as well as being book smart (momma aint play the radio). Influenced heavy by Ny rap music Kraiz Mikaze began to study the culture and begin to write his own lyrics. He started off rocking mics at block parties to rocking shows on multiple stages. Kraiz Mikaze would later on move to Florida where he resides currently in Jacksonville. Kraiz Mikaze took his passion down south with him and began to self educate himself about the business as he began taking his music more seriously and learning the ropes. Still with a way to go Kraiz Mikaze continues to make appearances in various cities at various venues to continue to grow his fan base. Making an impact with his unique delivery and Lyrical content Kraiz Mikaze is definitely in his own lane and has no problem showing his diversity and ability to spit bars with an actual concept and message.
