Born and raised Chicagoan's, Beanz and Bobby Markees come together in the lyrical hip-hop duo -BBK. the two have continued to fuse their lyrical chemistry and reinvent beats from trap, R&B, pop to chi town own drill music. This dual truly does it from A to Z from crossover hits to pop street banger. With their gritty lyrics are backed by catchy musical hooks that appealed to audiences beyond the hip-hop scene.  
 Beanz spent his earlier years growing up in the notorious Inglewood and Back of the yards district of Chicago. Bobby was born In Detroit Michigan but was raised by his grandparents in Evanston , as he got older he move to the back of the yards Inglewood district where he met his neighbor Beanz .the two used there street life experiences as a backdrop for their music ,from tragedy and pain, to living life in the fast lane. The two give an honest depiction of what Chicago street-life is really like and how hard it is to rise from the burnt ashes of poverty .but their music is not all dark and gloom, even in having a hard life they still manage to have a lot of fun in the hood and their music demonstrates just that. They are survivors and they know how to turn a negative into a positive.
