Ben Howard returns with his 4th album, Collections From The Whiteout, produced alongside Aaron Dessner (The National). The foreboding darkness that coated Ben’s second record I Forget Where We Were and thinly veiled its follow up Noonday Dream, isn’t so evident on Collections. These are songs written from headlines scanned, or news stories scrolled past, providing inspiration for a selection of vivid narrative snapshots – the death of amateur sailor Donald Crowhurst (Crowhurst’s Meme); Russian fraudster Anna Sorokin (Sorry Kid); the man who stole and crashed a plane in Seattle (The Strange Last Flight Of Richard Russell); and the dismembered body a friend of his father found in a suitcase floating along the Thames (Finders Keepers). Alongside them, the personal anecdotes from the same scattered period living between Paris, Devon and Spain. Yussef Dayes features, as does Kate Stables (This Is The Kit), James Krivchenia (Big Thief), Kyle Keegan (Hiss Golden Messenger), and Dessner. Thomas Bartlett, St. Vincent’s go-to pianist, and Rob Moose, a long-standing arranger of strings for Bon Iver, are also present. Long-term guitarist to Ben’s band, Mickey Smith (A Blaze of Feather), remains a reassuring constant. It’s a sonic adventure that continues this nagging suggestion that Ben is one of the UK’s most inventive and naturally talented songwriters. CFTW is his latest opus, and arguably his most fully realised to date.

Hot As Sun is the raw tropical dance-punk project of singer-songwriter/composer Jamie Jackson and writer/singer Deborah Stoll. In 2010, they started Hot As Sun, releasing an independently produced 4 song EP that grabbed the attention of tastemakers and critics like Billboard and KCRW's Morning Becomes Eclectic.

Named one of Buzzbands' "LA Bands to Watch" in 2013, they released their debut album, Night Time Sound Desire, with Last Gang Records and opened for Foster the People and Phantogram.

With the help of Seth Kauffman (Lana Del Rey, Ray La Montagne) Jackson went on to record the Little Friend EP in her basement while pregnant. Reviews founds Hot As Sun "firing on all cylinders creatively, with its new wave flavored synths, reverb tinged drums and sultry vocals."

And now Hot As Sun the OG duo are back! Their new EP, It Was Bananas, drops summer 2022, complete with a new music video and their old bad attitudes.

Musically, the multiplatinum GRAMMY® Award-nominated trio of Southern California sisters Este, Danielle, and Alana Haim trace a winding path through genres and musical eras—similar to how Ventura Boulevard paves its way through a myriad of Los Angeles suburbs and neighborhoods. Since 2012, the group have made a mark on their own terms with eclectic songcraft in the studio and electrifying performances on stages worldwide. With five career GRAMMY® nominations to date, they became the first all-female band nominated for “Best Rock Album” with 2025’s I quit, and previously made history as the first all-female rock group nominated for “Album of the Year” for 2020’s critically acclaimed Women In Music Pt. III. Prior, they released the gold-certified Days Are Gone [2013] and Something To Tell You [2017]. Over the course of a decade, they have also notched two #1 debuts on the UK Albums Chart and two Top 10 entries on the Billboard 200. Haim’s highly anticipated fourth studio album, I quit, was released in June 2025. The deluxe version of the album features three new songs, including “Tie you down” with Bon Iver.
