Rugby AM host Alex Simmons has agreed to produce Gym mixes exclusively for Rugby AM in the UK and F45 Bowral (Sam Burgess's gym) in Australia.

Every two weeks we will upload a gym mix for training (House Music) and   then a recovery mix (Urban) in association with Tom Burgess who will be helping Alex select the tunes.
