Traum knows hip hop like the back of his hand. Born in the birthplace of rap - The "Boogie Down" Bronx - and then moving to Far Rockaway, he adopted the hip hop culture at an early age! Buying his first drum machine and beginning to rap at the age of 15, Traum joined a group named 3rd Fam. The experience was a teacher to Traum, showing him the ins and outs of the business. This lead him to starting his own independent record label "Masta Mix Records" which is responsible for selling over 50K units of various projects - NYOIL + DJ GMF and more - and cemented their name in the history of Hip Hop. Traum is now stepping out of the executive's chair once again to produce and release his own album "Mad Dreamz It's Only a Nightmare", which will feature longtime collaborators Lil Fame, Cormega, and Big Noyd!
