"This painting’s narrative is a moral warning. A prominent theory is that the painting connects with the time just before the narrative of a great flood, which more or less wiped out humanity because of its sinful ways, most notably gluttony. This inspired the name of the film “Before the Flood” – we are enacting the fall from grace that Bosch depicts. In an insatiable desire to consume more we are literally turning our Earth into a hellish landscape."

Hailing from the vibrant fabric of Istanbul, the city where continents collide and cultures intertwine, bilgeco emerges as a musical alchemist, fusing the mystique of the East with the pulsating energy of the West. Now firmly anchored in the mesmerizing embrace of Amsterdam's electronic music scene, bilgeco stands as a cross-cultural conduit, using his melodies to build sonic bridges that span the globe.

Stepped into the electrifying energy of Amsterdam’s nightlife, bilgeco commanded stages at established venues like WesterUnie and -the iconic- Loft alongside international artists under the Hunkering label. A collaboration with Berlin based Sound of Utopia took him back to his homeland, where he has been a resident in multiple editions of the Dream of Utopia Festival.

In his spellbinding sets, he embarks on nothing short of a magical journey: organic house blended with dreamy oriental melodies, powerful African percussions, bouncy house beats and spacey synths. He acts as a harmonious force, a navigator of sound who traverses borders, genres and cultures with finesse.
