These four songs are the last that I recorded in my bedroom loft at my old house in Boulder. The themes of the album are mental illness and sex. The title "She Believes" is from a Pavement song by the same name.

I wrote and recorded everything myself. However, in the song"You're Driving Me Insane" I took themes and lyrics from the Car Seat Headrest song Beach Life-In-Death.

I wrote a bunch of these songs late in the summer and this fall.  I broke things off with a girl and that compounding with my already existing depression kinda set me over the edge.  Shit is dark but also hopefully funny because I like making funny music.

This is my fifth EP and by far the most creative and experimental.  I used better microphones, guitars, amps, pedals etc. and this record has the highest sonic definition of all my projects whiles still maintaining that lo-fi glow.  The topics range from getting kicked out of college, to ending romantic relationships to anxieties entering the workforce.  Featuring on the record is Dan Merritt who played guitar on Never Thought, Did I Hurt You? and Consumerist Gods.  Michael Britten played Melodica on Big And Bright.  Nicholas Madsen-Bobadilla created the album artwork.
