SUMMERTIME IN DREAMLAND

My Great Grandfather James worked on the great ship LUSITANIA which was sank in May 1915 by a German U Boat...100 years ago..James and 1200 other folk lost their life that day in May...on the 100th anniversary of the tragedy i wrote this song thinking of this great ship and the people who were on it and especially my Great Grandfather,whose last port of call was New York USA...of course never made it back to Liverpool....but the people left behind suffered greatly ...and still the pain is felt to this day....thanks for listening...Bill Bront..xxxx
