Mono Life is the alias of Yorkshire based musician/producer Mark Osborne. 

Mono Life nods its skull in the direction of its hip-hop, dance and electronica roots and fuses them together with a big thunderous pulse.

Mono Life has released three EP's in 2013.. 'The Mono Sound',  'Disco in Paris' and 'The Music' which are available for download from iTunes, Amazon etc. 

Mark is currently in the studio working on new material, the first release is planned for April/May 2014.

On listening to Mono Life:

Park and Ride threw their collective hat into the political arena during the recent election campaign. They went out campaigning on the single issue that the world is turning bisexual. Whether they were for or against this apparent climate change in society was never quite clear but their anarchic actions created upsets in the councils' corridors of power. So much so, that they were forced to take down, the diamond shaped campaign posters that had been strategically placed in and around the city. ..> ..>
They even managed to get a few column inches in the local rag over the supposed copyright infringement; someone claimed that Park and Rides campaign logo was too similar to the Liberal Democrats one and this might lead to some confusion for the potential voters. "

"Then enter the stage tonight's great saviours; Hull's Park and Ride are young, fun and a little bit quirky. "Finally headliners Park and Ride arrive on stage to close the evening's entertainment. I had heard a lot about this local group but never actually had the chance to see them for myself. From the word go there was an understanding why this band have gained quite a following. If a cover of the song Bad Guys, from the motion picture Bugsy Malone isn't enough to grab your attention, then nothing will. 
For some reason I felt that Park and Ride reminded me slightly (very slightly) of T-Rex. They've managed to link this rock 'n' roll sound and give it an almost folk rock edge, something that could perhaps be found on Greenday's Warning album."
