Hi folks!  I am a tender youth ..age 76…! …been playing since i was 15 years old...love all kinds of music from jazz and classical to pop and rock..as long as it is music with love and soul i don´t care...
Played in a few bands , for a while semi-professional and also played a lot alone,  in the streets in Europe and Canada and as entertainer in pubs, clubs, social gatherings etc. Know a lot of songs! 

 Now retired i have taken as my special niche to interprete ( note, not cover! ) songs from all genres and giving them new dress and soul and hopefully injecting them with new life...  and now and then i sneak in a song of my own...
It´s become quite successful!  i am on Facebook, Youtube, Fandalism and here on SC... my Fandalism songs soon number 500 songs and they have been viewed/listened to by over 2 million people/times !   Far beyond my imagination!   I have no commercial interests or dreams ..just do it for fun and my own satisfaction and to communicate with people all over the world is stimulating!

My main instrument is guitar, the last 10 years i have concentrated on acoustic guitar, fingerpicking, slide etc. I try a lot of open tunings and also experiment in sounds and styles.. but my other main instrument is my voice, been a singer all my life , try a lot of harmony singing and arranging that ....arranging and mixing mainly in Cubase...
The last years i have started doing collabs with musical friends too, people from Brazil, USA,France and Sweden so far..very stimulating and interesting...

BillyCisco is a singer-songwriter/native of Colorado, born in Denver.. He is self taught on bass and guitar, and a few years ago has taught  himself to play piano and to compose songs on the keyboard. 

Billy started his career in music in his teens 1972 playing bass for two years, for the latin rock band 'Atzlan' and 'MetaRock ', it's predecessor.  He played for two years with the The 'John Carter Trio', headed by his uncle Johnny Carter, rock and roll pianoman extraordinaire, with incredible Mark Aiello on drums.
 Billy played with several hard rock bands now and then but maintained his commitment to blues, boogie, rock and roll, jazz- rock fusion and latin rock.
 Billy's early career was cut short because of the Viet Nam War, as he enlisted in April of 1975. He did nothing regarding music during that time sad to say!

Released honorably from the US Navy at the end of the conflict in 1976, Billy wanted to just slow it all down and marry, have kids and write songs. It did not go that way. Many years of grief and sadness over a broken marriage did lead to more love songs and sad ballads. The loss of some very dear friends over the years has led to several inspirational gospel rock songs. Billy has written some politically charged songs expressing dissatisfaction with the PTB globalists and their agenda of control, those of which will be finished and presented here as well as they are completed in studio. 
 Having learned the bass, Billy moved on with teaching himself guitar and song composition. He never had enough time with family responsibilities to really get anything going and did not do much in the years that followed except to write a few love songs and ballads here and there.
 Decades went by with no chance among the many tragedies that came and went, to really work on any real project songs. He kept the music alive in his mind and heart. Then in 2005 after nothing for years, came a chance to tour as lead vocalist and back up rythem guitar, with Dale Axtell and his band and some free recording studio time. Tragedy struck and Billy's mother, Lila, fell very ill and almost died from a stroke and infection. He had to pass on the tour and recording and instead he helped nurse her back. While caring for her, at the suggestion of his brother Dale, Billy, began a friendship with Kent Metzler who has been into music in some way or another for years and has quite a collection of instruments, some very old.

 The two of them began to create and record, rough, one take studio renditions with Billy on guitar and Kent Metzler on Bass. The sound was not full enough and though there was Rik Chance, who would sit in on woodwinds and Eva Dennis on saxophone and violin, Billy felt compelled to learn some piano chords to fill in on their songs. Once he got hooked playing keyboards that was it, no turning back. Billy has been playing piano since. He is entirely self taught on the bass, on guitars as well as keyboards and has a fair handle on the drums.       ( pssst... he does not read music-lol..uhem! sshhsh)
  Billy does most of his own recording but shares some of that with Kent Metzler who does some track recording at LRStudios.

 There are guests that appear on a few of the tracks such as Kent Metzler, Eva Dennis, Rik Chance, and Dercy Marshall. There some collaborations of BillyCisco with Patrick Douglas Spike, Kathy Songbird, Clair Brennan, Ray Cullen, and Peter Evans.
 Billy's has endured years of struggle against all odds, through many tragedies, many heartaches to finally be able to devote what time is available in between caring for his mother and their dogs, that is to give back to the world some music from his heart ..... to enrich the lives of those around him.
