Slightly reminded of Big Beat here, artists suchas  The Crystal methods and early Chemical Brothers. The only remark is that the vocals actually sound too slow for the instrumental, and stick out a bit too much.

It’s been three years since I last created an Elite Force DJ mix. While my focus has recently turned to my Simon Shackleton output, there’s been a nagging desire to create something a little tougher from some of the great breakbeat and techno that’s being made at the moment.

Evil Nine are an English DJ/Producer duo comprising of members Tom Beaufoy and Patrick Pardy. Gaining recognition after signing to Adam Freelands label Marine Parade in the early 2000's their unique sound gathered a high following and had a very influential effect in the early Nuskool Breaks scene as well as early influences on the later Tech Funk genre.

This mix is from 2004 was made for Australia's Triple J Radio and it's Saturday night weekly show Mix Up.
