How the time flies - our first IBT release is already 
3½ years old and now we have our 20th release in the stores. At this point we’d like to say a big THANK YOU to all people, who supported us in the last years by spreading the music all over the planet.

Our new single handed in by HOOLS & GUZY is called MTENTH. The wonderful melancholic and melodic, but driving original comes together with two remixes by maestro RON FLATTER, who delivered us his first remix with the aptly words “I hope You like my techno rocket version”, and YUVEN, who created a mind blowing melodic techno version out of the track!

PRIMAL

Primal is an Icelandic electronic music producer and Dj based in Copenhagen.
The past few years, Primal has been involved with an electronic music project by the name of Kúra, featuring the Icelandic singer Fanney Osk.

Kúra, which became a widely recognized electronic act in northern Europe, offered an opportunity to explore new areas, ideas and genres. 
He eventually got introduced to the underground techno society by Just This crew.

Primal was then inspired to evolve his soundscape in new directions, resulting in a previously unexplored, darker universe with hypnotizing melancholic rhythms and heavy bass-lines.
The man behind Primal, Brynjar Bjarnfoss, was born in Reykjavík, Iceland where spent his early childhood years.

Since moving to Copenhagen at an early age, the music was always on the agenda. As a young adult he quickly got recognition in the Copenhagen underground electronic scene. He rapidly became a re-occurring act at various well renowned events, such as; Roskilde Festival, Distortion, Stella Polaris, STRØM and numerous clubs across Europe. He is currently featured as a newly implemented act of the Milano based Just This movement, and has recently cofounded the Just This record label.

A fat electronic beat along with great synths and beautiful chords. Produced by the best kept secret band from Rotterdam north. A2 made by the Moustache label boss David Vunk himself tracktittle with the name TR-ago-909 David Vunk - TR-ago-909 is a tribute to his buddy Tom Trago. a very deepish new style filterhouse track... with powerfull TR-909 drum patterns, miami vice toms, black basslines, classic 90-ies sounds and a sample that goes on and on and says i can't take this don't give up a true club banger. b1 Electrick Dragon - Blue Meanie excels in the wide palette of the musical scale's where this track is drifting on.The result is again a serious melodic track as you can expect in the meantime from this very talented producer. It is amazing how he's does this every time without the use of acoustic but only electronic instruments and still knows how to arouse an emotion which evokes again and again a euphoric feeling when you listen to it. If we ask Rick how he got the obscure title for this track, he says quite simply that it is the name from a sound bank in his synth that carries that name that he has used for almost the whole production of this track. B2 Dj Ricky da Dragon - Those Day's is clearly a sincere but also catchy tribute to the early days of Chicago house music. Especially the recognizable drum sounds from the TR707 give you the idea of being surrounded by the sounds of particular those day's. Accompanied by a very melodic Korg bass line, heavy pianos and synths make the atmosphere really complete. And to confirm the message even more , the track this time is carried by Ricky da Dragon's own singing voice forged to one song and can please many house lover , on the dance floor or not with this classic-sounding masterpiece. don't sleep on this, limited copies....

Silvia is the name of a Neue Deutsche Welle (NDW "New German Wave”) project created Tommi Stumpff and Silvia Nemanic. The pair met in Düsseldorf in the late 1970s and started dating when Tommi was the singer of punk band Der KFC. Silvia was absolutely inexperienced in musical things, she said, “I’ve played the recorder.” Tommi rented Klangwerkstatt studio for a few days in January 1982 to record his an album with his bandmate Ferdinand Mackenthun aka Käpt’n Nuss of Der KFC, but finished earlier than expected. With one extra day that was already paid for, they quickly wrote some more songs and recorded them. All they needed was a singer, so they asked Silvia. 

Simply titled “Silvia”, the record was released in mid-1982 on cult label Schallmauer Records, which had released many German punk, NDW, and New Wave records in the 80’s. Tommi and Käpt’n Nuss played all instruments and wrote the lyrics. Since Silvia had a very deep voice, Tommi slightly pitched up her vocals to sound higher on the recordings. The album displays Tommi’s transition from punk rock to cold electronics, EBM and eventually Techno. Tommi’s instrument set up was a Sequential Circuits Pro One and Moog Prodigy controlled by a Fricke sequencer and a Korg SQ-10 Analog Sequencer. Silvia urges the listener to save themselves and says “No miracle will happen You die tomorrow, young and guilty”  evoking the urban Zeitgeist of the Cold War.

All songs have been remastered for vinyl by George Horn at Fantasy Studios in Berkeley. Housed in the original jacket featuring a full color of Silvia on the front with hand drawn magenta type.  Each copy includes a replica insert of the original lyrics sheet in German and a postcard featuring a black and white photo of Tommi and Silvia. Sadly Silvia passed away in 2009 and this reissue is dedicated to her.
