We are happy to announce Hydrous for this week’s podcast. Hydrous is the moniker of Oslo-based Per Christian Berg and possesses a contemporary, psychedelic and deep techno vision that aligns perfectly with what we relish musically. As a skillful producer, his sound reflects the Northern ruggedness with atmospheric and ethereal sounds. 

He is at the helm of Navigare Audio, along with two friends and DJs from the northernmost parts of Europe. Navigare Audio aims to explore further and deeper into the vast ocean of transcendental techno and has lined up a range of exciting releases recently. A new Navigate EP is planned for October.

He compiled and mixed a solid, deep and meditative collection of music for us which partly includes
previous work of artists forthcoming on Forsvarlig Arkiv’s first release. A perfect blend for either your afternoon or weekend. Strap in to enjoy this lush chapter by Hydrous.

She began producing music in 2014, influenced mainly by the deep and hypnotic Italian techno.

Today, she is less productive due to a life’s changement but more focused on the gigs where she can still express herself through the music all over the world and meeting wonderful people.

Laima Adelaide - Opening set Tresor Berlin (new faces), 04.09.2024

Here is the recording of my opening set for new faces at Tresor Berlin.
In this format I only played my own productions and a few remixes. Also it was a challenge to create a storyline with a fixed set of tracks. 
I started to release this sound in 2020 and it has given me a lot of joy to work on music (and also some pain now and then), meet people from the scene and travel to places to perform.

Electronic musician and guitarist, Sun Dawei is a very active composer in China. He started learning guitar at the age of fourteen, and later formed a punk band, which became the catalyst for him to open the door to music. Settled in Beijing in 1999, then began research and creation of electronic music, and at the same time began to dabble in Fashion Show, film, drama and commercial soundtrack work. After several transformations, in order to explore different music spaces. He announced a new musician project - CTAFAD.
In 2020, "Vertical Horizontal" was published on "Shanshui Music". In this album, you can hear "the original sound without too much modification, the sense of space like the atmosphere, and the ambitious ultrasonic experiment. In the end, an epic The core sound field has been carefully polished. The rhythm and bass line are proficient in interaction from the beginning, gradually unfolding and never extinguishing." In the subsequent release of "Vertical Horizontal Extended" and other EP albums, CTAFAD invited Claudio PRC, Blazej Malinowski, Atomic Moog, Polygonia, Laertes and IORI participated in the remix of the album.
A new music-making journey is driven by inner passion and exploration, collaboration and development. Slowly began to emerge in many foreign Techno labels. Such as: Sungate, Indefinite Pitch, Oslated, Secuencias Temporales和Melifera. At the same time, he also created a new music label "GSXS" - mind in thought, full vision.
