In late 2020 Biodub had the honour of being invited by Native Instruments to provide his track "No Tumble Down" for the 
Metapop Remix Competition. During a single month the Metapop community created a stunning 180! remixes of the original. 
With so many remixes in different genres, it was a rewarding challenge to dive into the nuances and choose the ones
that transcended the challenge. For the release, seven of these interpretations have been carefully chosen for two compilations
that celebrate the diversity of deep electronic music.

Kardia presents: Sub:Tales Chapter 09 - feat. duaba (Liquid Concrete - Hamburg)

duaba is a german-portuguese Junglist with all her heart. With over nine years of experience behind the decks, her distinctive fingerprint is mainly affected by Oldschool Dancehall and early 90s Jungle Rave. Nevertheless her high-energetic pure Vinyl sets are an unpredictable journey ranging from Global Bass, Cumbia and Baile Funk to UK Bass (such as DnB, Dubstep and Grime), breaking the boundaries of genres and cultures. Her sound is extremely eclectic and impossible to label. But what definitely sounds out is her passion for pulsing bass lines and highly danceable rhythms.
duaba is part of the collective "Liquid Concrete", which is mainly dedicated to DnB. She has played all the main venues in Hamburg such as Golden Pudel Club, Hafenklang, Rote Flora, Gängeviertel and Waagenbau.
