Biomortal’s origins began year 2006. Each passing year, technology and innovation was forced to break the code.

The objective is simple: To take control of the masses and deploy the machine like music they have created. To prepare them for the future they are set to encounter

This is their story so far. . .

Bio-unit Paul Theobald (Guitar-Unit) first started the resistance, he instigated the foundations. It was planned as a lone mission but soon it was realised that an operation this powerful, required assistance to reach its full capacity. He recruited Bionic sibling Robert Theobald (Vocal-Unit) to the front line. It was only until then that Biomortal began to design and sanction the future.

Nothing would stand in their way as the project would not be allowed to fail. The units would spread and soon Jamie Richardson (Bass-Unit) was captured and made to play for the machine. With one place left and the fight nearing ever closer, many rendezvous had taken place and with configurations set. The search would soon be over, as Alex Goodwin (Drum-Unit) was programmed in and had formed the completion of the Bio-units.

Live shows and radio appearances followed. The probability of what the future possessed was becoming very real. When breaking through, Biomortal created and released the album ‘Dirge’ in the summer of 2007. The tracks off this release featuring ‘Drowned Out’, ‘Ticking Timebomb’ and ‘Fate’s Calling’ highlighted what they had set out to achieve.

This was their big introduction and the assignment powered from strength to strength. People began to take notice, a virus if it were. Infiltrating how humans perceived the diminishing biosphere.

Bloodstock realised what was capable of Biomortal, they would appear on the Bloodstock Open-Air 2009 Festival. Their performance had welcomed applauds from the biggest crowd of the unsigned tent that festival weekend. This only but surely powered Biomortal into the music scene and for them to remain there until the operation was final.
