Amero is no stranger to Smash Deep, having released ‘Bring That Back’ with TBR already, and he welcomes in new artists WYKO and Dkuul to the imprint for their first offering, ‘Let It Burn’. ‘Let It Burn’ displays all the hallmarks of a Smash Deep, release, as the Smash The House sister label makes a name for itself presenting the deeper sounds of the dance music spectrum.

A filtered down, pitched vocal starts things off alongside a brisk arpeggio, before a female vocal takes over and elevates the single further, joined by a bouncing bassline that brings an extra sparkle to proceedings and makes sure energy levels remain high. The breakdown sees the addition of piano chords, which add a level of musical complexity to ‘Let It Burn’ and highlight the artists’ songwriting credentials. 

Amero’s previous release ‘Bring That Back’ garnered support from label bosses Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Yves V and R3SPAWN, and collectively WYKO and Dkuul have turned the heads of Ummet Ozcan, KSHMR and Don Diablo. Grab your copy of ‘Let It Burn’, out 11th September via Smash Deep!

Reimagining a classic is never an easy feat especially one as loved as the international mega hit ‘Show Me Love’ but newcomer Dino Warriors interpretation was one that caught the ears of global artist Dimitri Vegas and quickly became the first release on his newly formed House of House record label, with the added touch of his production wizardry to the final mix to give the classic party anthem more bang for its buck!

Much is not known about Dino Warriors at this stage. Only that the mysterious artist clearly knows how to carve out a vibe in the studio. An iconic dancefloor filler since the 90’s, Dino Warriors version retains all of the danceable rhythms music fans have come to expect from ‘Show Me Love’ but this 2020 version features a low-slung yet rumbling bassline that is sonically insatiable – a hint of Dimitri Vegas’ involvement on the edit.

This unveiling of his House of House imprint with Dino Warriors ‘Show Me Love’ comes after a succession of hit releases from Dimitri Vegas, along with his brother and fellow Smash The House label owner Like Mike. Dropping their hugely popular ‘Say My Name’ collaboration with Kosovan electronic artist Regard back in July the trio have since seen the single score more than 20 million digital streams and continuing to grow. The last month Dimitri and Mike released their gargantuan TikTok smash ‘Do It’ featuring Mexican superstar singer and influencer Kimberly Loaiza and talented producer Azteck. On the last count the single was upwards of 160 million views on TikTok and the trending #1 video in Latin America. 

With an undeniable ear for a hit record, it’s fair to say that Dimitri Vegas may have unearthed another big release with this first single on House of House.
