MalaNoche proudly presents a landmark moment in its catalog: the first fully collaborative EP, where two of its most distinctive voices engage in a deep creative exchange. Get Physical brings together Argentine Producer SAIGG and Greek Artist Fro in a dialogue that blurs the line between original composition and reinterpretation.

The true magic unfolds in the remixes: Saigg reimagines Flor C with a dynamic, pulsating edge, while Fro transforms Arnold S into a dreamlike journey, both remixes offering fresh perspectives and reaffirming the bond between the two producers.

Saigg's Arnold S sways in warm electronica hues, while Fro's Flor C blooms in luminous detail. David M and Iris K reveal quieter corners-moments suspended between pulse and stillness-showing the depth of each artist's inner world.

Electronic centipede George Thompson aka Black Merlin debuts on DJ Nobu's Bitta label. The British producer delivers four expertly warped techno trips with his typical genre-bending approach. After his recent trip to Japan for Rural Festival 2019, Thompson was introduced to Nobu on the Iiyama train station for their ride back to Tokyo. Inspired by the festival itself and Nobu's approach to techno the two felt an immediate connection and stayed in touch for exchanging their ideas. A few months later Thompson sent his music, visualizing a bridge to connect his music closer to Japan and the inspiration he got from his Rural visit. Nobu: "I was immediately convinced it was a great match, and I could tell he had been following the previous Bitta releases and understood the label's aesthetics. To me, this EP demonstrates his new vision of dynamic techno thats so thrilling as if you were watching a movie, all illuminated in gorgeous pastel-coloured sound effects!"

kfpnyx 022 by stomp

Sweden’s BROR returns late October with a various artist package entitled ‘Coven’ featuring Tora Vinter, Dorisburg, label founder DJ Lily and Tam Nisam.

Everyone involved in the project has been invited to interpret the phenomenon of witchcraft in the present time, this includes art designer Ingrid Arnsand Jonsson aka Sailor Juul who’s now running the record label together with DJ Lily. The vinyl release will fall in conjunction with Halloween weekend.

coven /ˈkʌv(ə)n/ noun : a group or meeting of witches.

Up first on the release is Tora Vinter’s ‘Devour’, a hazy techno cut driven by pulsating bass tones, hypnotic synth textures and off-kilter organic percussion. Dorisburg’s ‘Skvulivurp’ follows next, a high tempo stripped-back cut employing popping glitched out drums, expansive reverberations and a murky atmospheric tension.

DJ Lily then steps up first on the flip side with ‘Meet The High Priestess’, taking things down a more cinematic route with swirling synth sequences, elongated bass tones and robust drums. Tam Nisam’s ‘Urista’ then wraps up the package with a psychedelic twist, fusing mind-altering metallic tones with crunchy low-slung drums and weighty sub bass hits.
