Lil vent bout my fav song:
So when i was little, i had a dog named Bailey girl. (ik her name is a lil weird its only cus before my parents were married, they both named their dogs Bailey.) So They had two dogs, Bailey Gril (the story is about her) and Booboo (my other dog that i dont quite remember....), Booboo died when i was rlly little so i dont remember him very well. And Bailey girl, she was such a pretty dog. yet the only memory that i remeber having of her is right before she died...... I had gone upstairs for bed and eventually fell asleep and the next morning... well she was gone. and i never saw her again. Never got to say goodbye. And i still live in the house she died in. every time i think of her i think of that spot. where she laid looking weak as me and my sister ran around being silly not realizing that our dog was gonna leave.

So basically, this song reminds me of her because in her final moments the halo above her head shown brighter as she slowly faded away. And the part where it says 'it was night when you died, my firefly' it reminds me of the time of her passing and her bright blonde coat. Her soft fur between my fingers when i pet her. Never realized she would be gone the next day.... (literally crying while typing this...)

Last Year's Storytime:

When God made the earth, he created humans along with it. When i was born God said "i've created you to live a good life so make the best of it". And so, i did. Until last year hit.......  I dont remeber the exact time that this happened but ik that me and my sister were getting ready for bed when my mom walked in my room, sobbing. We were wondering what was wrong, and then she told us. Our grandparent's cat had died. The last one to be alive. The one that i loved so dearly. We eventually made it to Christmas time. It was a happy season. Until one sunday morning, God decided to do smthn that i still hate til this day. Me and my family usually go to church on sunday's and that morning i had woken up late and thinking that my mom forgot to wake me up but we were staying home that morning. 

But little did i know that the day that i thought would be fun would turn out to be a living nightmare.

So i had asked my mom if i could play roblox that morning, and ofc she said yes. So i went and played Dress to impress until my mom brought my sister and my dad to the living room.  She asked me to get off the game but i wanted to finish the round. She jus said get off the game and so i did then she had told me my LAST LIVING GRANDPA had passed away the night before. I was petrified. Why would God do this to me? Why would he take someone who i've known all my life?  My grandpa was always there to make me smile. Told me jokes and made me laugh. Now that he is gone, where will i find happiness. The darkness started consuming me after that. Well except from when im a church, because the kids i care for are their giving me hugs, play with me, make me smile even when my heart is no longer glowing with joy.

Things like this happen and it hurts but if you know someone who can help you through that pain, It will be a whole lot easier sharing the weight.   If you need a helping hand, know that im here to listen and understand what you are going through. Just let me know if you need to vent and im there!
