On our third-year anniversary, we are stoked to launch ‘Yellow Island Various Artists 2021’. The compilation brings new faces to the label and features artists from different countries around the world, allowing each artist to express their own essence.

This V/A showcases experimental sounds, with 20 tracks that flow through the genres of house, lo-fi, electro, IDM, breaks and jungle.

We had the pleasure to have Gabriel Massan design the cover artwork for the album.

Released as part of the BRB (Be Right Back) - Sounds From The Rainy City compilation in aid of the Manchester and Salford underground music scene.

All proceeds from the compilation are split 50/50 with the artists and the Save Our Scene - Manchester & Salford fund offering a range of support for workers within our community who won’t qualify for government funding as they may be freelance, on zero-hour contracts, paid cash in hand, or don’t meet other criteria.
