I think we all must have our irritated days, where things just get to us real bad. We end up hurting the people we actually care about. And at some point, we want to get through that phase without doing permanent damage to our relationships - sometimes a cave is a good idea - but we can't go there too often and stay in there for too long either - our loved ones need us and we need them.

I create music as a hobby and as a therapy and provide workshops for others to do that too, using AI to help produce tracks. I also create empowerment systems to help people at scale increase their confidence and resilience by engaging their adaptive nature and work towards living a purposeful life. While all my song lyrics are written by me, and some tracks come from my personal compositions including instrumentals that I add lyrics to, I use AI to merge these with songs I share with you here. It really makes you realise how important your own words are in a song.
