This EP is focuses heavily on the dancefloor, with sounds EBM techno and Industrial, the melancholic pads remember a cinematic taste, which seem to come from other galaxies and the vocals fragments make some traces really hypnotic. The ideas and influences also draw from the post punk scene. Vittorio and Andrea "Unconscious" seem to have created a crazy scenario, worthy of an escape from Arkham Asylum.

Cristian Camporesi is an Italian producer, live performer and sound designer for over 25 years, and he debuts on AREA Z with a killer EP that was originally released through Unknown Pleasures. “Shaped To Deform Extended” is a compilation of body techno that features 18 tracks including collaborations with Blind Delon, HIV+, IV Horsemen, Black Asteroid & Dave Inox. Area Z’s extended edition also includes two original tracks by Chris Shape, Orac and Scia, and remixes by Qual, Chainbreakers and OTHR. We premiere today Qual’s massive remix for “Near To Silence”.

BITE is the Berlin-based techno label co-founded by Hayden Payne (aka Phase Fatale) in 2018. Beginning with the debut collaborative EP by Silent Servant & Phase Fatale, the label aims to platform artists who operate outside the conventional preconceptions of techno and are united by an ambition to push the boundaries of electronic music. This drive is further exemplified by regular showcases at renowned institutions Berghain, Basement, and Tbilisi’s KHIDI as well as a multitude of clubs throughout Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
