We proudly present The Timeline Therapist. The dutch DJ and producer is addicted to music since the age of eleven. What began with rap, hip-hop and scratching ended up in a love for EDM– as a producer and DJ with gigs in the hottest clubs of Holland. Piano lessons improved his knowledge of harmonics. No wonder that he has a faible for chill-out.

The first music he played as a DJ was “swingbeat” because of the groove in it. He did not continue with hip-hop because he is not comfortable with the way hip hop presents itself. “That’s too much ‘look what I got’”, says The Timeline Therapist. He does not like showing off material things. “And it’s just not a music style that is close to my personality”, he sums up.

What is it that links The Timeline Therapist constantly to EDM? “It’s still the feeling I get from listening to it and making it that makes my heart pump a bit faster”, he confesses. There is nothing to add… we all know that feeling, at least in listening to dance music.

So with the time, he has grown into this music. It’s a 100 % living in the “now”, more exactly in the “studio-now”, that flows as inspiration in his tracks. Roaric develops the best production ideas in the studio: “Normally I just go in blank and let it come to me. The tracks that take little time are usually the best”, he says.

The magic in producing is to see, hear and feel how an idea comes to life in the studio, he tells. “That gives sensations that are really strong. Creating music is something special for me. And I think everybody has a piece of music that touches him deep inside.” According to Roaric, a good producer needs perfectionism to some extent and a good deal of perseverance. “Especially in the beginning you will hear more negative than positive feedback. It’s a learning process, so if you just keep investing time, you will get stronger mentally and you will get better.” To be a DJ at the same time is a dream job for Roaric. And spinning records is what this guy is good at. Roaric has played for some of the most prestigious organisations Holland has to offer. With over 25 years of experience he knows how to rock a crowd. When he plays his tracks for music-addicts after working on the pieces for hours in his studio and then seeing people go crazy on it is an unbelievable feeling, he tells.

And who are the heros of Roaric in the EDM-scene? He is impressed by Armin van Buuren, “because he is so down to earth”. He admires Sean Tyas for his production skills. And last but not least his idol is Klaus Schulze: “He is an icon in synthesizer music and definitely a freak when he’s behind his setup”.

It’s clear that Roaric must be a sensitive and powerful man. “Outgoing, easy going and perseverant”.  And that’s in fact the way we got to know him. Absolutely committed to dance music and a perfect team-player.

Klappiebam is een samenwerking tussen Arlo (klappie) en Maikel (bam). Samen hebben we bedacht om onze passie voor electronische muziek eens goed leven in te blazen. Arlo a.k.a DJ Gonza & Technoloco/Martin Moeilijk/P-yott/DJ Mace heeft een voorliefde voor muziek in de breedste zin van het woord. Van rap tot hardcore en alles wat daar tussen zit. Muziek zit Arlo in het bloed en vanaf zijn jonge tienerjaren is deze Bredaase kerel bezig zijn passie naar buiten te brengen.

Maikel a.k.a Mr Sjizzle is een sucker voor rollende bassen en peeps+bleeps, techno achtig dus. Maik is op latere leeftijd begonnen met het digitale tijdperk in zijn muziekkast te laten schijnen. Hieruit kwam het opnieuw uitvinden van plaatjes draaien. Digitaal wel te verstaan en de bijna onbegrensde mogelijkheden wat digitaal mixen met zich meebrengt. Sinds dien is Maikel zich gaan toeleggen op techno achtige muziek. van minimal tot harde diepe techno. 

Samen zijn Klappiebam technoheads die op eigenzinnige wijze andere technoheads willen laten genieten van....techno dus.

Started out in  1985, first as a beatboxer, later evolving into rapper & DJ (rapgroups : So Damn Fresh & Creative Lyrical Posse).
Then sang and wrote for our band ' De Serieuze Grap' (Serious Joke) from 1995 till 2000.
Now ending up as a singer songwriter in various styles (reggae, soul, funk, punk, rock, pop, dance) in both English and Dutch.

Oost-West Barrière is een hiphop collectief uit Hellevoetsluis en Rotterdam. Begin februari 2017 brengen ze hun debuut conceptalbum uit genaamd' Oost West Thuis Best'

Tyger Vinum is a Writer, Producer, Filmmaker and Videographer from Springfield, Massachusetts. He is currently Owner of his own record label Vinumous Records operating out of Amsterdam, Holland. Tyger Vinum has worked with Hip-Hop icons Kool G. Rap and Sean Price, as well as Planet Asia, Ruste Juxx, Shabaam Sahdeeq, PaceWon, and many other artists.  

Tyger Vinum has released four albums (International Hustler 2004, Sinister Ambitionz 2007, Grindin Muzik 2010, Tha Audio Bully 2015) and seven singles while travelling the globe. His new single "G.U.N. Muzik (Grab Ur Nutz Muzik)" drops January 2019. The following single "Tha GlobeTrotter" releases in March. Aside from the music Vinum is currently working on videos for the upcoming Underground Artist Major Threat album.

THE ACID QUEEN
Saskia Slegers, better known as Miss Djax, or as many say 'The Acid Queen', is living proof that age doesn't necessarily always brings peace. For more then 35 years now, she has stomped on the face of techno and acid with hard punishing beats and radioactive sounds. The ferocious releases on her Djax-Up-Beats label helped Chicago and Detroit sounds gain foothold in Europe, as Djax Records was one of the first European labels to put out techno in the early nineties.

Miss Djax started her DJ career at the age of sixteen. Her musical roots can be traced back to disco, funk and new wave. At the age of eighteen she formed the band 'B-System', a new wave band in which she played the bass guitar. 
Having worked in record shops for many years, Saskia met a large number of promising artists whose music never got released because, according to the Dutch record-companies, it was "not commercial" enough. That triggered her to start her own label and in 1989 Djax Records was founded. 

Miss Djax had her international breakthrough when she played at the notorious MayDay rave in Berlin 1992. One year later Germany's leading dance magazine Frontpage declared her 'DJ of the year'. In the following years her name was always in the international top 10 rankings. 
In that same year (1992) Saskia went on a 2 week trip to Chicago and Detroit to meet her favourite producers in person and to see with her own eyes were it all had started. 

Four years in a row, from 1995 to 1998 she took part in one of the major techno happenings: The Love Parade in Berlin. In 1998 Djax even had the privilege to start at pole position! Many people will remember the 20-metres long red/silver Djax-Up-Beats rocket with 20.000 watt of acidtechno terror on board! Miss Djax also played two times, in 1996 and 1998, at the Love Parade end manifestation at the Victory Tower in front of millions of people. 

Besides the worldwide respected releases on Djax-Up-Beats, Djax Records is also known for being the first company to release Dutch spoken rap-music, later called Nederhop. In 1991 Saskia discovered The Osdorp Posse that soon became the most popular rap-band of the Netherlands! In 1995 they won the Dutch Popprijs for being the most innovative Dutch band! Also ABN and Spookrijders were two of Djax’s successful nederhop bands. 

Not only the music but also the looks of Djax Records have always been important to Saskia. Since 1991 she is working with Alan Oldham, the famous illustrator from Detroit. Till today Alan made hundreds of beautiful illustrations and five Miss Djax comics for Djax-Up-Beats. Saskia also worked with  Zender and the famous American illustrator Ed Repka, who is well known for his Megadeth album covers.
