Hans Zimmer - Now We Are Free (Noemi Black Hard Techno Edit) / Gladiator

Some of the most powerful music I have ever written was during the summer of 2022. Big chapters in my life were closing and new ones were opening. I was struggling to cope with the loss of my old life... yet it somehow also felt like a new "me" was growing inside. A new hope was manifesting.

This hope was contingent upon my metamorphosis. I knew that I had to change for good, but change is hard for the stubborn ego. I had to say goodbye to old friends, old habits, and old impulses... But those old patterns die hard. They rage at the sight of the light of truth. They kick and they scream, and sometimes they retaliate.

I didn't know where I was going next, but I knew that I had to try new things. That is how this EP was born. Inspired by cinematic soundscapes, I found my way to New Hope, Ancient Knowledge, and Wetiko all within a single week. The Great Work was written this year at a point when I had come to peace with the big changes in my life.

I hope you enjoy these pieces of art born out of necessity. Though it is a deviation from my House Music roots, I hope many people will find these songs to be as refreshing and enlightening as they have been for me.
