This song is inspired by 136199 Eris, the largest dwarf planet in our solar system (bigger than Pluto). It is also the farthest object orbiting the sun, with an orbital period of 577 years. The Greek word Eris translates to chaos and strife, something I tried to capture along with a distant feeling in this sound.  
There is one track of violin bow on guitar and another is standard guitar, no effects other than reverb and distortion were employed.
