Kohhei Waki was influenced by various music 
through performing with his rock band.
After his band broke up, he asked himself, 'What is the music made alone?'
As the result, he arrived at his original sound which is not caught by a genre. 
He contracted with the label of Belgium in 2007.

This is the opening track of a film score I wrote from a proposed remake of the Classic SciFi Book Dune.
The book has many middle eastern/asian references and the previous David Lynch film never touched on it so that was my starting point.

seeds of progress are falling leaves 
as it will forever be

where sunlight passes through 
and I can say that I am whole
