Mandy was easily my favourite horror movie of 2018 so it was pretty obvious that I was gonna make a tune or two out of it! This is only part one, part two will feature more of the synth elements from the soundtrack. This will be part of my debut solo vinyl E.P when it drops on HeadWound Recordings later in the year. Being that the pressing plant is still in operation, and the length of time it generally takes -- along with the label's necessity to continue -- I'm going ahead with releases as planned. I understand that records aren't a priority at the moment, but I'm optimistic that this will soon pass and things will return to normality.

And so not being persuaded that the eschaton is upon us, pre-orders are now open. All the usual fare: high quality mastering and pressing on limited 180g heavyweight coloured vinyl, stickers and digicards.

For those who don't know, Bizzy B's Brain label was one of the most futuristic in the early days when hardcore was becoming jungle. From 92-94 they released some of the best junglistic'ardcore there was. Classics like Darkness, Weekend, Dubplate Wars, 2 Dope ep, and artists like TDK whose TOG sublabel was a peak of amen choppage). Brain also put out the debut releases of Marc Caro (Technical Itch), Peshay and DJ Zinc (in the Swift and Zinc eps) and Slammin' Vinyl's Mike Slammer and Red Alert's first 2 releases. Bizzy also released many a classic on other labels such as Slowjam & DarkIII on Whitehouse, Stamina and Raw Dogs Relik on Suburban Base and many more. He's recently been producing 2-step and Breaks with his Undercover Agents label and still releases drum'n'bass under "Warped Science" (latest being 'After F' on Charge with DJ Fresh on the same ep). Brian's ep for us is a new update of the Old Skool sound "New Old School" if you will. Using todays production values so it'll kick in a drum'n'bass set in 04. As played by Andy C, Bailey et al...
