Both thoughtful and commanding, softchaos’ sets are watermarked by their meticulous pairing of groove-driven music along with aggressive percussive tracks in unison with far-reaching electronic sound.

Harnessing their punk ethos, and referencing classic landscapes of New York City and Detroit, their selection of techno, breaks, and rebellious sounds offer a transcontinental call and response and an offering to dancefloors everywhere. 

Embracing this practice, their sound embodies reverence to techno while staying locked into the new turn in electronic music, blending with finesse. 

They hold a residency on Oroko Radio, and host Black Rhizome, a show that platforms multidisciplinary artists across diaspora.
