This is my parting gift to the psy scene. It is a remix of one of my old favourite and one of the tracks that got me into this music in the first place. I'm very grateful to have had an opportunity to reimagine something that had such a huge impact on my style and sensibility.
As I go to seek other forms of expression (my project is only just beginning), I leave you with this as my idea of what psy music could be - what I'd want it to be. I hope it will inspire somebody to go in a similar direction and develop this kind of style further. Maybe somebody else will pick up where I leave off. Goodbye

DIFFUS / BEORN are two projects by 
the creative mind of Björn Olsson. 
Situated in Gothenburg on the Swedish westcoast. 
Björn 
His first contacts with the rave scene was in the mid 90´s.
He started making UV backdrops  for psytrancepartys and club events. 
His works are psychedelic with a mystic touch that echoes the scandinavian nature and norse folklore.
Something thats been noticed by fellow producers and his artworks has frequently been comissioned for EP´s, compilations and album covers.

 Björn Founded the Underground Forestpartys Trolltyg (2001-2008) 
Throu the years Trolltyg became Legendary and Swedens biggest underground forestparty till this day.
With well established Artists from both the Psytrance and Techno scene.

Björn started producing music  2003 under the Name DIFFUS 
Early tracks was influenced by oldschool Goa/Psytrance with a progressive touch. 
And evolving over time  into the Dark progressive/ Forest Progressive style 136-142 bpm and streaching up in to forestpsy or down into psytech.

In 2015 Björn started on his other project 
BEORN 
At first it was mainly focused on experimental productions  on hardware synths and drummachines. There were no limitations to a sertain genre moore than a lower BPM than the main project DIFFUS.
But soon he started to find his direktion 
and finding his sound. 
And it's as Genredefying as his other project.
120-130bpm House & Techno with influense of progressive psy.
His Debute Ep BEORN- HyperAcusis 
Will be released Spring 2024
