 The cycle of time reaches its conclusion and begins again. Time means passing through - and acquiring full understanding of - all the stages of change.  The end and new beginning of time are symbolized by a snake eating its own tail. In jewellery, the diamond on its forehead symbolizes a return to the essence, as we turn from one cycle to the next. 

Denise Lawrence will explore the secrets of time and how to use them during these critical times of high speed change.

Denise has a deep understanding of spiritual knowledge and practice drawn from 40 years of studying and teaching Raja Yoga meditation and travels widely sharing her knowledge and experience. Denise co-ordinates the International Communications Centre at the Brahma Kumaris Headquarters, Mount Abu, India, helping to create a series of television programmes on topics such spiritual virtues, the meeting of science and spirituality and environmental issues as well as bringing the work of the Brahma Kumaris to a worldwide audience.

A specialist in ENT surgery, qualifying from the Royal College of Surgeons, he has spent the last 28 years in understanding and teaching holistic principles of life and health. His presentations are a combination of great depth, clarity and humour.
