Autoharp St Annes Reel (practice)

Without love, life is like a dry and desolate desert.  This song was inspired by the end of a relationship that had once blossomed, but over the years had shriveled to dust.  When I traveled through the deserts of northern Arizona, I somehow made the connection, capturing my thoughts along the way.  Later I added music and this song emerged.

My own by ear version of this classic, oft-iterated country holler, lyrics gathered variously from Missouri and Kentucky, mostly Kilby Snow. Would it be complete without a couple of flubs? I think not!
