For the 7th episode of Crates & Waves tonight, Moose Dawa embarks on a 2 hour long journey to celebrate the legacy of the late & great James Yancey Dewitt aka J Dilla aka Jay Dee. The legendary producer would have become 50 years old this year and it has become somewhat of a tradition of fans & listeners to spotlight his contributions to music in the month of February, calling it ”Dilla-month”. His work has inspired people & artists around the world and is considered to be the founding fathers of what we today would call the beat-scene. 

In this episode Moose Dawa pays homage to J Dilla on a 2 hour ride through original samples, favorite beats, Dilla-produced tracks & tributes from different artists.
