Ali Demir [PAM18]

Samantha Coll Waldram, aka DECKSAM, born in Barcelona in 1975, has worked as DJ in various clubs since 1993, including La Sala del Cel in Girona, and has been invited to perform in various local and international line up's across Europe. One of the standout achievements in her career as a producer was the release of her first EP in vinyl format in August 2017, through the Ygrok label. This Catalan artist, known for her finesse with minimalist lines and exquisite sounds, has remained a prominent figure in the Barcelona scene for over two decades.

Back in 2001, since the beginning of buying and collecting vinyl, the word evolution has always been present in his memory.
Always in constant search for a different sound, not fads or style changes made to lose concerns about electronic music.

There is no predominant style in sessions, although not a mix nonsense, but if it is noteworthy three would be the Deep, MinimalTechno and DubTechno.
Only select music with a lovely quality, tracks with many ambiences and atmospheres, groovys, with small experimental touches, that make the session a story with a beginning, middle and end.

How Would You Feel If…? — a late-night deep house question wrapped in a warm, rolling groove. It’s the kind of track you put on when you’re brave enough to ask, and patient enough to listen. Intimate vocal, Rhodes/EP layers, and a bass that breathes with the kick — simple on purpose, so the feeling does the talking.

Vibe
Vocal-led deep house / vocal house with melodic touches. Tight four-on-the-floor, off-beat hat, subtle shaker, soft pads opening into the hook. Built for late drives, warm-ups, and after-hours.

What to listen for

Low-end: sine-core sub with a hint of drive — sidechained to keep the pocket.

Keys: mellow EP comp + gentle piano stabs for lift.

Hooks: clean doubles and short delay throws; a few chopped echoes to answer the main line.

Arrangement: intro → verse → pre → hook / drop → verse 2 → pre → hook / drop → strip-back bridge → final hook / drop → DJ-friendly outro.
