Shell Robinson stands at the intersection of classical training and electronic music innovation. A classically trained pianist turned house music artist, she brings a unique musicality to her productions and DJ sets that seamlessly blends technical precision with raw emotional depth.
Her journey in electronic music began in 2000 at Cleveland's "That Groovy Little Nightclub." Following a personal tragedy, house music became a powerful outlet for healing and connection. Influenced by industry pioneers like Deep Dish, Digweed, Sasha, and Hernan Cattaneo, Shell developed her signature style through dedicated craftsmanship, starting with two Technics turntables and pure determination.
The early 2000s saw Shell establish herself as a resident DJ at Moda Cleveland and Amnesia Columbus, while touring nationally alongside D:FUSE, including notable performances at San Francisco's iconic 1015 Folsom and Austin's vibrant 6th Street district. My musical influences and tastes are as varied as the exotic fruits of my beautiful country. I have been a rocker with great tastes for progressive rock, symphonic metal, classical music, new age, dance, techno, trance, progressive house, among others.
