I finished this a long time ago and all that was left to do was adjust the fade out for like 3 months. True laziness.

Anyway, I'm a poseur so the sounds I used were FMDRIVE, VOPM, FM7, GXSCC and NES VST. PCM drums are a bunch of arcade and X68k samples layered.

After @harumi-makoto told me VGMTrans can work with PSF files, I instantly decided I was going to make use of this and play with the Mega Man 8 PSF set. Then I decided I was going to make an SNES cover of an underrated gem in a highly underrated soundtrack!

Greetings!

I decided to arrange the music from one of my favorite childhood games, Mario Kart 64's Rainbow Road track. The piece remains in a Jazz/Fusion style with some rock influences, keeping the melodies very loyal to the original while re-harmonizing its support!

I also added some textures from the original Rainbow Road track from SNES's Mario Kart, mainly around the beginning of the cover.

Unfortunately don't have anything transcribed to tabs or a score, as everything was performed from memory!

Greetings!

An arrangement of one of my favorite pieces, by one of my favorite video game composers, Jun Ishikawa! Many great tracks can be found in Kirby Super Star, but I thought I'd give this one a run. I decided to transcribe and add the original theme from Metaknight's Revenge opening at the beginning : )

The mix sounds good, but took a while to combine the sound worlds created by ensembles. I will revisit the mix for this piece in the future and upload a revised version to my SoundCloud page.

Unfortunately I don't have anything transcribed to tabs or a score, as everything was performed from memory!
