Mozambique's Sky White reveals his highly anticipated debut album, 'Crossing Borders', on Afrocentric Records. Already turning heads with his own distinctive sound over the past few years, 'Crossing Borders' showcases Sky White's impressive talent for penning raw emotive melodies, where songs and beautifully crafted soundscapes join the dots between Melodic Techno and Afro Tech. The album features some fantastic collaborations with the likes SANDHAUS, Xtetiqsoul & Amel Chrispin, De Cave Man & Tonic Volts, and Kates Le Café, alongside magnetic vocal talents such as Kastro, Vaipatri, and Ronnie Tanny. Across this 14 track story you'll discover a bold and colourful spectrum of contemporary afrocentric sounds, where haunting, melancholy and heartfelt melodies pirouette around powerful and dramatic dance floor ready grooves.



Lenilson Dos Santos, aka Sky White, is a Producer, Dj and Mozambican Remixer. Starting his musical journey learning the piano at the age of 10, he began playing House Music at just 16 years old, after watching Black Coffee's Ballantine's Human Orchestra in 2014 and promptly learned to DJ. He honed his craft by spinning at local parties and events, before producing a selection of his own productions that were promptly signed by Afrocentric Records in 2018, His productions for Afrocentric and other labels such as Guettoz Muzik, My Other Side of the Moon and Xibalo, among others have won the support from both the Afro house and melodic tech DJs alike, including Black Coffee, Tale Of Us, Themba, Ralf GUM, DJeff, Da Capo, Enoo Napa, and XtetiQsoul. 2023 is looking exciting for Sky White as his debut album 'Crossing Borders' will be released, and will be playing many events across Mozambique and South Africa club and festival circuits.

Sunny aka Black Elektronika is a producer, DJ, sound engineer, and composer, born in Lagos, Nigeria, and raised in Milan, Italy. Sunny was first exposed to music at an early age through his dad's vinyl collection in Nigeria. The sound of Fela Kuti, Williams Onyeabor, Depeche Mode, and others made a big influence on Sunny’s understanding of electronic music. 

Spending a lot of time in the studio, experimenting with sound, Sunny is developing his own unique sonic language. Throughout his career, Black Elektronika showcased a consistently positive track record of high-quality music releases and unparalleled performance as an artist. 

Recently Sunny has been expanding his fields of expertise and working outside the club scene creating a sound installation for the audiovisual exhibition, composing a field recording-based soundtrack for the documentary, and giving workshops. 
 
Currently, Black Elektronika divides his time between Berlin, Germany, and Vilnius, Lithuania, taking the buzzing local music scene with his creative sound and kaleidoscopic artistic vision that knows no limits.
