Last year one of Malta’s most successful producers Tenishia teamed up with Jonathan Mendelsohn, one of the world’s vocal forces to be reckoned with. The result was a stunning and solid trancer in which Jonathan’s heartfelt vocals were truly done justice.  Now ‘A New Dream’ has received the remix treatment by no other than Liam Wilson. He definitely adds some extra force to the original and deepens the sound, yet really gives Jonathan’s vocals a chance to shine in the break before blasting on. Marvelous!

I'm a big fan of the band, and when the new album came out I instantly fell in love with it. Afterglow was the only stripped down track, which was perfect for me to try and make a remix with. Not the easiest of course, as there were no parts to work with, but I think I got it pretty good. Maybe someday I'll have the parts????

We are very proud to present the latest illitheas & Johannes Fischer collaboration: this is "Tears of Hope".

The two talented German producers deliver another great uplifting tune that you will most certainly hear a lot about. Be ready for upbeat and happy vibes filled with emotion.

The release starts off with the original mix, going from a groovy and pumping introduction filled with neat bass lines and joyful melodies. It then carries on with a marvelous orchestral breakdown, combining acoustic drums, and strings with dreamy plucks and of course, a very emotional melody.

You know what needs to come back? Jazzercise. Maybe it was all the cocaine, maybe it was just the Coca-Cola, but either way, you can’t deny that the people of the 80s sure seemed to be high on life. They were so energetic that they needed to film themselves exercising constantly just to blow off enough steam. Most of The Bearded Man’s tunes would go great with a unitard 80s dance routine (just find one on YouTube, turn off the sound and see what we mean), it’s just a shame that we don’t live in that world any more. Yes, that happy-go-lucky world may be gone, but when you drive down Montrose Ave., the brain can’t help but wander and wonder what might have been if we still lived in the era of TAB, the era of the Walkman, the era of ridiculous looking volleyball players and the financial culture that made The Wolf of Wall Street possible… Sigh… Someday...
