After some time spent hopping between psychedelic realms, he has finally brought forth a selection of freaky tunes that have been primed exclusively for dancefloor shenanigans! 11 reality bending tracks, carefully crafted by a group of cosmic travelers, each of them with a personal vision and a unique touch. Led by Captain Frostbite, they came together in a compilation that explores all corners of the Psychedelic Trance Multiverse. He is a master of rhythm and groove, an artist who constantly evolves to find new ways to express his unique and maverick sound. Whether on massive festival stages or intimate club nights, Frostbite's performances are nothing short of electrifying, a picture of a universal music language. Emotions are the heart of Frostbite's artistry and music, where each note expresses his passion to create a profound connection with the audience. As an established artist in Blacklite Records and involved in the scene in event production, Frostbite continues to rise, captivating hearts and minds with his magnetic energy.

His sets have blasted dancefloors all over Portugal and have spread out to France, Israel, Ireland, Italy, Panama, Brazil, Switzerland, Hungary and India.

Psykedelic music all the way 🕉🕉

Metasonic is the psychedelic DJ project of Sidney van Dyk. Originally from Cape Town, South Africa now living in Bangkok, Thailand.

Since first being exposed to psychedelic trance music and culture in 2009 he fell head over heals in love with both.

He believes that the psychedelic trance journey at it's roots is one of the most liberating and freeing experiences one can have. Be it progressive day-time to Full-on night time to Darkpsy etc, etc, etc and all the myriad of genres in between. The journey it takes you within your own consciousness and who you are after experiencing this journey of sound and self is what made him fall in love. 

Hence the name, Metasonic(meta - after / sonic - sound) is a tribute to that place in all of us that we reach after being taken on a psychedelic sound journey.

His vision for this project is to bring about journey sets to take the listener to that special place inside themselves.
