Amnesia long-time resident CAAL comes back to Roush with his studio mate Baum. The spaniard combo has been a regular name on tech-house top labels such as elrow, Sola or Repopulate Mars, where they have signed a great bunch of bangers. Some of this tracks have been remixed by reputed producers as Nathan Barato, Eskuche or Eli Brown giving the duo an international exposure. Regarding to his debut EP on Roush, title cut ‘Back & Forth’ opens with an actual and arpeggiated bassline which infuses the track a fast vibe. A female woman repeating an hypnotic phrase is used in order to captivate listener. The voice has a clever sci-fi treatment that gives a robotic shape. ‘Makin’ Moves’ is another fantastic cut with a firm bet on the always popular and effective 303-acid-sound that closes the EP in a raver-style.

Moon Harbour welcomes the red-hot dream team of Iglesias and Proudly People for a new
two-tracker that brings plenty of dance floor dynamism to the summer months.
The young and exciting Iglesias has been putting out his high-grade weaponry on labels like
Solid Grooves, Solä and MadTech Since 2018. He's won plenty of big support from names
like Richie Hawtin and Joseph Capriati in that short time and now links up with Milan duo
Proudly People aka Gabriele di Natale and Antonio Cosentino. Their discography brims with
all forms of house from deep to tech to prog, and it was back in 2017 they first released on
Moon Harbour.
This arresting EP kicks off with 'Trust' featuring Leah Rose, a peak time house cut with
bristling drums that race along at a quick and slick pace. Rose's impassioned vocals bring
diva fire up top and the drum fills, woodpecker hits and turbo bass all serve to add real
weight and drive to the whole affair.
Things go deeper on 'Another Groove' which is just as urgent and physical, but with warmer,
snaking sub-bass and fluttering hits. Vocal cries add soul, spoken word snippets bring the
attitude, and the futuristic synths ensure the whole thing sounds utterly fresh.
These are two direct and physical tunes but ones that have plenty of character, so are sure
to mark many special moments on the floor.

The next release on Black Seven Music comes fresh out of the imprint’s very own studio, with frontmen BRODYR delivering their inaugural EP on the label. Featuring two freshly-squeezed originals from the duo, their ‘Got It’ EP also comes equipped with a remix feature from one of the UK’s hottest prospects in that of Libero Records boss, Mike Morrisey.

Rolling a sturdy bed of rhythm straight through the front door, ‘Got It’ opens in spirited fashion - with a tonal-heavy groove and rich percussion from the first bar. Beyond that, the track modulates through the gears with soft synth lines and injections of offbeat shuffle. Transitioning with great purpose, the climactic stages of the track offer an expanding vocal hook - complementing the harmonics and energy of the track. Essentially, a rising and striking terrace weapon that inspires the need to dance with relative ease.

Mike Morrisey’s archetypally standout remix of ‘Got It’ comes as no surprise in terms of quality and potency. Robust low frequencies drive the track forward and fuel the perpetual energy that rings throughout. Layers upon layers of masterfully constructed percussive factors piercingly creative FX shots complement the minimalism in the low-range of the track, creating an enjoyably balanced mix of oomph and sway. Yet another fine display from the young Mancunian, who is quickly running out of sleeve space for stripes earned.

Completing the release, the riveting ‘Bring It Back’ is a diversified number with a classic House feel to it. Sweeping sub-bass notes and bright synth sequences add to its feel-good allure, which bounces perfectly off a punchy beat structure. Atmospheric use of fx gives the track a vast and wide feel to its transitional sections, before stuffing you back into the groove again - laced with a catchy vocal hook.

Chris Di Perri takes us down an exciting funk filled techno house wormhole with his powerful new two-tracker "Stage Ride". 

Title track "Stage Ride" is a percussion soaked, driving ball of dancefloor energy. Constantly building and morphing, while being whipped onwards by sneaky snare rolls. 

"Te Quiero" created together with Anker is another turbocharged floor filler, featuring high powered sub-frequencies and encouraging melodic layers.

Jamie Jones’ ever impressive Hottrax brings Italian Francesco Parente on board for a set of killer, club optimised weapons.

With previous releases on Rawthentic, CUFF, and Riva Starr’s Brock Wild, as well as garnering previous support from heavy hitters such as Loco Dice, Marco Carola, and The Martinez Brothers, Francesco’s career shows no sign of slowing down anytime soon.

‘Don’t Tell Me’ sees Francesco make an immediate statement: intense, punchy kits take front and centre, with gloopy FX, lingering synths, and the titular vocal sample swirling around the immaculately crafted track. ‘Focusrite’ melds jacking drums together with a twisted hip hop sample, constantly propelling forward with clever switches and breakdowns throughout.

‘Soy’ ups the tempo, making full use of the sparse vocals and occasional tender saxophone to deliver a versatile track that no doubt will stay in many DJ’s bags for some time to come. ‘Estoy Enamorada’ sees Francesco team up with frequent collaborator Aguilar for an undisputed bomb, marrying funky Latin-esque samples with enticing build ups and immensely satisfying drops, a surefire dancefloor killer.
