Paris Brightledge’s haunting and melodic voice is known the world over. It’s not hard for him to remain salient with classics old and modern. From the roots of house music with “It’s Alright” to the inflexible groove, “Paris Dub 1” and more recently "Deep In My Soul" and "When I Die". He possesses a perplexing ability to move underground while maintaining a progressive legendary status. This dark horse has appeared on stages throughout the Western Hemisphere. With recent mentions in, Pitchfork, Mix Mag, Rolling Stone, DJ Mag, Crack Magazine, Fact Mag, 5 Magazine, and many more, we expect Paris’s pace to continue. He vows to remain committed to a vinyl only release format, further embedding his status in the bowels of a netherworld known to only a fragmented few who dare explore. Paris has appeared beside and worked with the legendary likes of Joe Smooth, The Pet Shop Boys, Frankie Knuckles, Marshall Jefferson, Fast Eddie, Peter Black, Rocky Jones, Ron Hardy, Mike Dunn, K’Alexi, Darryl Pandy, Curtis McClain, Farley JackMaster Funk, Byron Stingily, Paranoid London, Rydim, Marlon Hoffstadt, and more recently Del 30, George Smeddles Ten City and Groove Armada, along with most anyone from the early days of Chicago constructed, birthed, and pioneered House Music. Nick is also the owner / operator of, Kind Nick Productions, a small local based sound rental and consulting company featuring High quality audio equipment and

Each year Nick continue to develop his knowledge and skills within all his musical genres. For over 6.5 years you could hear Nick every Wednesday night on his ” Underground Wednesdays ” Live internet broadcast, which now has become a regular Bi-weekly party. His charity work for the, Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America (CCFA.ORG)  is ongoing with his now annual ” HOPE ” charity event.

2024 goals:
 I'm currently playing with a Pink Floyd Tribute band and also returning to the DJ Booth for some day parties .. I most likely won't be doing many more in house recording sessions. KNP is still available for consultation and technical support.
