We are the Potters House Christian fellowship and we create Gospel Rap Music to spread the word about Jesus Christ.

Gospel Light Society is a global ministry that seeks to present the Gospel to all people, in every language, around the world, over the internet. People all over the world need to hear about the love, peace, and joy that only comes through Jesus Christ. For many people, they are not free to practice their Christian beliefs in their country. For others, they do not feel comfortable in a public place of worship. Because of this, millions of people search for God on the internet. In many languages, GLS seeks to share the Gospel of Christ to those who contact us and then help them to grow in the saving knowledge of Jesus by connecting them with a church or a home Bible study group.

Daniel Whyte III has spoken in meetings across the United States and in over twenty-five foreign countries. He is the author of over forty books. He is also the president of Gospel Light Society International, a worldwide evangelistic ministry that reaches thousands with the Gospel each week, as well as president of Torch Ministries International, a Christian literature ministry which publishes a monthly magazine called The Torch Leader.

He is heard by thousands each week on his radio broadcasts, The Prayer Motivator Devotional, The Prayer Motivator Minute, as well as Gospel Light Minute X, the Gospel Light Minute, the Sunday Evening Evangelistic Message, the Prophet Daniel’s Report, the Second Coming Watch Update and the Soul-Winning Motivator.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology from Bethany Divinity College, a Bachelor’s degree in Religion from Texas Wesleyan University, a Master’s degree in Religion and a Master of Divinity degree from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary. He has been married to the former Meriqua Althea Dixon, of Christiana, Jamaica for twenty-five years. God has blessed their union with seven children.

Dee has a passion for the ministry of music and a heart to follow God and she is the original writer of her songs. She began organizing musical youth groups at twelve years old and sung songs to glorify God from city to city traveling to support the Cooper Ministries.  While attending her university, she performed for the Spring Extravaganzas to get the feel of the stage.  For five years, she sung with The Durden Singers. To her credit is the song, "We Give the Glory" on their CD entitled "God Sent Me An Angel".

Dee's first single was released in 2003 entitled "The Lord is My Shepherd". BMG Music Publishing signed an agreement with her for the Braxton Brothers music composition for the song.  She completed her full CD and entitled it "The Lord is My Shepherd LIVE". It was recorded at the Evangelist Temple Church in Houston, Texas by The Good Shepherd Production.  For this CD,  Dee has taken her gospel roots and produced a contemporary style of music, an infusion of R&B, jazz and soul influences. She has a unique perspective on what all the different facets of her congregation would enjoy listening to, from the traditional and conservative to the young and contemporary. Durden is able to spread the word through her unique style and breathe new life into gospel music.

Durden sticks with tradition on "The Lord is My Shepherd". She takes a well-known and conventional hymn and takes a new approach by using a contemporary arrangement. Because of the song's beauty and message, it is one of Durden's most beloved tracks; not to mention it is the song that originally inspired her album. She possesses an emotional and persuasive vocal, while being supported by an electric keyboard and smooth sax that is reminiscent of 90's light R&B. The song is upbeat and light, with Durden's expressive quality keeping it together. On "Get Over It" Durden shows more of a soulful style, creating a modern baseline to support her compassion and driving lyrics. She expresses the need to literally "get over it" and move on with life after facing difficult obstacles. Durden's voice is like a support mechanism, allowing the listener to realize that throughout life's challenges, there are great things on the other side - one must just believe. She sings with heavy regard for what her listeners need and want to hear creating a vehicle for the underlying message of life, love and happiness.

Dee is featured on a NEW CD Compilation with Florida's 2BlessedMusic!  She was also judged and endorsed by the prestigious organization, The Christian Music Presenters of Nashville, Tennessee ( christianmusicpresenters ).  She performs in all areas of ministries, spiritual functions and special occasions with a Bachelor's Degree in Business from Sam Houston State where she organized and hosted several workshops, seminars and conferences at the Criminal Justice Center.  To enhance her work in the ministry, she also holds ministerial license with a degree in Church and Biblical studies.  Her music is sung with sincerity, understanding and experience.  She believes in being real to God, herself, and the people of God.
