Project Chaos is the 8th album published by OverClocked ReMix and arranges music from both Sonic the Hedgehog 3 and Sonic & Knuckles, released in 1994 for the Sega Genesis/Mega Drive. It features thirty-five tracks arranged by twenty-two artists in a variety of styles and genres. This album was made as a tribute to SEGA's flagship series and the music by Michael Jackson's team, Sega Sound Team & Howard Drossin.

It was made by fans, for fans, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by SEGA or Sonic Team; all original compositions are copyright their respective owners.

An orchestral cover of the Marble Zone music from Sega's Sonic the Hedgehog. I've neglected the series a little lately from discovering so many other great soundtracks, so I had intended to make a Sonic 1 medley. However, it ended up turning into this. I'm posting it as is, as I can't imagine having much more time to work on it.

An orchestration of Green Hill Zone from the original Sonic the Hedgehog. Again, testing out various libraries I've bought recently and also experimenting with techniques. Not completely happy with it, but the original song's style of orchestration isn't something I'm completely competent with yet.

Sonic the Hedgehog - Green Hill Orchestra

I'm up early and composing. Everyone's probably noticed I have less time nowadays for composing . This is an orchestrated version of the Death Egg zone music from Sonic 2. I hated this zone music. I hate it a little more now and transcribing it was hard work (the jingles on the pizzicato/glockenspiel are accurate, by the way). I wanted to stay close to the original. It's around an hours work and so it's a bit messy and doesn't sound as good as it could.

Super Mario Airship Theme ~ All-Stars + Galaxy + NSMBWii Mashup

I did a remix of Stonecarving City (in itself a remix of Wario's Brawl victory theme) in the style of SSB64's victory themes. The final major resolution the 3rd Brass channel causes I originally wasn't going to keep, but such a resolution was just too gay to NOT have been in the original Smash, so I kept it.

I'll probably update the mix as a whole in the foreseeable future, but we'll see, maybe I'm just overthinking it.
