Everything from writing and creating the song, all the way up to Recording, producing, mixing, mastering, videography and promotion is "in house" Literally!  
  
It was created in Lockdown around feelings of anger and frustration that seemed to be universal. Lyrically and musically, it will take you on an emotional journey. We have all been affected by our inner thoughts and demons at some point but these feelings must be released somehow.
