Luca Pantani, aka Rayo, was born in 1997 near Florence. A young artist with a deep passion for electronic music that led him to attend the academy of one of the most famous clubs in Florence, Tenax, with professors such as Alex Neri, Francesco Farfa and Marco Faraone. In the meantime, he is also very attracted by the production of Techno music and thanks to his great continuous dedication he publishes his songs on record labels such as Sway, Kuukon records, Orange recordings, Black Falcon records, Vassnova, Prospect Records, Phobic Recordings and many others. He has also had the support of big names such as Pan Pot, Trym, Matt Guy, Viviana Casanova and Joseph Capriati who played his song "Smash" around the world in the best clubs and festivals such as Tomorrowland. At the beginning of 2025 he inaugurates the opening of his own label "Flux records".

Un giovane artista con una profonda passione per la musica elettronica che lo porta a frequentare l'accademia di una delle discoteche più note di Firenze, il Tenax, con professori come Alex Neri, Francesco Farfa e Marco Faraone. Nel frattempo, molto attratto anche dalla produzione di musica Techno e grazie alla sua grande continua dedizione pubblica i suoi brani su etichette discografiche come Kuukon records, Orange recordings, Black Falcon records,Vassnova, Prospect Records, Phobic Recordings e molte altre. Ha avuto anche il supporto di grandi nomi come Pan Pot, Trym, Matt Guy, Viviana Casanova e Joseph Capriati che ha suonato il suo brano "Smash" in giro per il mondo nei migliori club e festival come Tomorrowland. All'inizio del 2025 inaugura l'apertura della sua etichetta "Flux records".
