WHOA!!! We are inches away from closing up phase three! This week's focus is heavy on Cato’s relationship with his brother. If you have an older sibling, you already know how it goes. They annoy you, they beat you in everything, but overall we aspire to be like them. My brother was the coolest when we were growing up. Riding in his cars, going to the rec center to hoop, heck even hitting the mall to holler at girls. He had the best style, the best charm, and knew everything! 
At some point, I felt wronged by him, I saw how some of his choices were opposite of what I “thought” I would have done, and I slowly removed him from the pedestal that I had placed him on. 
Dave was/is super important to me. Some of my favorite youth memories involved this guy. After going through my issues during young adulthood, I slowly understood Dave more. It really wasn’t until about 2 to 3 years ago that it truly clicked. My brother is human; flesh and blood like me. He made mistakes, like me. And, just like me, he is working to become a better version of himself. Within the last year I have made it a habit( thought slightly slacking lately due to the demands of the project) to contact him on a weekly basis. I shared a favorite book of mine with him, and he gleaned wisdom from it... just like me. 
My brother is lowkey a hero, and if you are reading this Dave, I f*cking love you man. I hope that if you ever felt any ill-will from me, that you witness this song as an apology and forgive me. We are faulty men trying to grow in a world that sometimes makes us feel that evolving is impossible. Stay up, and stay true. "No days off, presently learning from the past...and tomorrow it will pay off!"
