In 2023 he started his own label, Modern Minimal releasing music exclusively for free.

In episode 047, we present to you a great artist, considered an institution of Spanish techno: Bernardo Hangar, a DJ originally from Córdoba, who represents the origins and development of the underground scene in Spain. When techno is on your DNA you never need additional translation, this is the case with Hugo Rolan, hailing from the north of Spain, more precisely Asturias, he has been exposed to techno and futuristic sounds since his teenage years, and now he's a well seasoned forty something adult.
He’s been primarily a dj for two decades, staying hidden in the local underground scene while working on a standard dayjob. In his spare time he’s been learning production skills, diving deep inside music creation software and hardware, training hard and silently until he felt the moment of going public.
The waiting has been worth it, and in 2022 his first solo work has been published in one of the most renowned techno labels around, Warm Up Recordings, curated by Oscar Mulero, a very interesting debut album full of techno.
The second reference of his discography is published on one of the most important labels in the world, Axis Records, owned by Jeff Mills. A work that brings us closer to his creativity and gives us an idea of where he is headed, their sound is routed.
The third reference arrives at the end of the same year on the Incense Records label, an exercise in techno in 4 tracks focused on the dance floor.
For this year 2023, he will publish his new works in important labels of the European scene, collaboration in several podcasts and he looks at the club circuit inside and outside his country, without a doubt a good moment to bring his work closer to the Techno-loving public.
A real example of a real techno lover living in the real world, loving music slowly and carefully until the right moment puts him on the desired spot.

Alber Garcia es reconocido por su capacidad para transformar la pista de baile en un espacio de intensidad y atmósferas hipnóticas. Based in Stockholm/Sweden, Lakej [ Lákeɪ ] emerges from a long heritage of Swedish techno. After many years of explorations to refine his sound, he debuted on Adriana Lopez label Grey Report with the solo EP Structural Cohesion. This debut presented a theme that would guide not only his sound but also his concepts and titles to this current date resulting in his own label and artistic platform: Solitär.

With a huge love for details and rhythmic structures his music has evolved into an introspective, futuristic and yet timeless sound. With intricate textures, atmospheres and deep driving rhythms his music is constantly pushing forward contributing to the current modern underground techno scene. 

Since the debut his output has been steady on well established labels such as Semantica, NON series, Faut Section, Loopaina Records, Nachtstrom Schallplatten, Soma and Kazerne (Mord).
