Rubidium is a DJ, producer, and founder of the Vexed Sphere record label. She is also a resident, promoter, and co-founder of the Konstruct bi-monthly party in San Francisco. The mix was recorded live at The Great Beyond festival in Minnesota on July 30, 2022.

Rebecca Goldberg is a producer, live performer, DJ and graphic designer from Detroit. Since her debut EP release, 313 Acid Queen, she has been affiliated with the multidisciplinary arts collective, Detroit Underground. Rebecca is a seasoned radio DJ having mixed for FM and internet-radio shows hosted across the globe.

Goldberg has self-released music and multimedia projects ranging from Detroit techno to experimental/avant-garde electronic music. She tours internationally as a DJ and live performer and has been featured at notable events from Movement Electronic Music Festival to Tresor in Berlin. Unconfined by genre, Rebecca has written original scores for classic films, “Le Voyage Dans La Lune” and “Gojira,” which included live performances at Silencio, David Lynch’s members-only club in Paris, and Armageddon Beachparty in Detroit.

In 2022 the New BBC Radiophonic Workshop released a selection of field recordings she took throughout her native Michigan for their Travel Agency project. For her live performance she focuses on sound design and the unpredictable capabilities of working with electronic instruments. In early 2023 she produced a live show called Upphljómun to showcase live performances from herself and Icelandic electronic artists during the Reykjavik Winter Lights Festival. Her most recent EP on Detroit Underground, TROIS CENT TROIS, was featured on Bandcamp’s “New and Notable” releases and is available to order worldwide. TECH CLUBBERS PODCAST W/ DJ HOCKEY

DJ Hockey approaches techno by intermingling layers of contrasting elements. 
Defining characteristics for his selections are thick, encompassing atmospheres and moods on the introspective side. These sounds are often paired with nods to the Midwest wrapped in a single session, crafting a journey through spacious and full beats.  A consistent overarching theme of DJ Hockey’s style in selecting and producing is having a driving pace and heavy hit of psychedelia. 
DJ Hockey started PPRZ records with Adam 2 with the intention to showcase techno from the PNW and beyond with a cheeky nod to queer culture in underground dance music.

Para el segundo capítulo de los Rhythm Control Barcelona Mixes contamos curiosamente de nuevo con otro residente en Oviedo como actualmente es Aiken, aunque es madrileño nacido en León.

La primera vez que supe de él fue en 2011 cuando salió su primer release en formato vinilo en Semántica Records titulado "Mer", del cual me harté a poner el corte "Trust Ourselves". 
Un año después le pedí un remix para la primera referencia de mi sello End Of Dayz y justo en esa época nos conocimos en persona en una fiesta Monkey Bar en el Esferic de Montjuic donde pincharon Jeff Mills, Santiago Salazar y Tama Sumo entre otras.
Un par de años más tarde, en 2014, le publiqué en End Of Dayz el 12" "Hard Times" y ese mismo año fue el primer invitado de la, si no recuerdo mal, primera noche del sello que hice en The Loft (actualmente Human Razzmatazz).
Como artista podemos destacar que ha pinchado en clubs como Tresor, Fuse o Berghain, en eventos como el ADE de Amsterdam y que ha publicado en sellos como Key Vinyl, Symbolism y Non Series. De hecho su disco "The New Beginning" de 2022 en el sello de Psyk ha tenido muy buena acogida (sin duda de lo mejor que ha publicado en mi opinión). Recientemente ha realizado un tour en Colombia y ha estado realizando sets bajo su alias Seventh Corp donde da rienda suelta a sonidos más detroitianos, house de Chicago, etc...
Este año vuelve a publicar en su sello Timeline, parado desde 2018, poniéndolo en marcha con el EP "Mist". Como siempre, podemos esperar techno contundente pero con carga emotiva sin llegar a ser deep, con gran influencia del techno UK y detroit que tanto disfrutó en su juventud en clubes como La Real. 
En sus sets, como es este caso (grabado en directo en La Vaca en Ponferrada la pasada noche de reyes), no se corta en meter cortes que rozan lo experimental sin perder ritmo y punch, cosa que me encanta. Siempre que escucho un set de Aiken hay varios temas de los cuales necesito la ID.
