Unexpected. Suspenseful but nice and easy.

It's a unique one, nice choice of sounds. I like the muted quality of the intro. It gives the music a dramatic turn when the clearer vocals show up. ~Masha

Springtime Again (blossom)

Inspired by a Robert Musil's short story ("The Perfecting of a Love", 1911).

Like some others I have already posted, this is a song from the late 1990s, recorded then with a Korg D8. I remixed the surviving file, working on volume and equalisation after separating the tracks, and adding some stuff. 

LYRICS (ENG / ITA)

nervously looked at the stranger
at that moment his beard lit up for a moment
she guessed there solidity, naturalness
and everything reconnected, she was there...

It flashed in her mind that already other times
The thing had begun in the same way, it was so...
And at the thought for an instant a voluptuous horror touched her
A voluptuous abulic horror
as before a sin yet unnamed

she wondered if he could have noticed
that she was looking at him
and her body filled with a slight sensuality
she seemed to be swimming in darkness before him
dissolved and impalpable like pale foam

so they travelled close
and little by little crept back into her thoughts
that restlessness
she tried to tell herself
that it was only the disturbance
of that sudden solitary journey
among strangers
soon afterwards instead she believed
that it was the wind that enveloped her
in a rigid frost

there was suddenly
a light high and clear on her past
as on an indescribable landscape of mysterious order
was a strange sense of the future
as if everything
that seemed long past
still lived on

furtively she sought the stranger
at that moment his hand for a moment
caressed her
she sensed in it a natural solidity
and everything reconnected
they were there ...

and thought of days
strangely distinct
from all the others
open before them
like a fugue of remote rooms
and joined with a hasty laugh
to the conversation

e poco a poco ritornò ad insinuarsi nei suoi pensieri
quell’inquietudine
cercò di dirsi
che era solo il turbamento
di quell'improvviso viaggio solitario
fra gente estranea
subito dopo invece poi credeva
che fosse il vento che l’avvolgeva
in un gelo rigido

vi fu improvvisamente
una luce alta e chiara sul suo passato
come su un paesaggio indescrivibile dall’ordine misterioso
era uno strano senso di futuro
come se tutto ciò
che pareva da lungo tempo passato
vivesse ancora

furtivamente cercò lo sconosciuto
in quel momento la sua mano per un attimo
l’accarezzò
v’indovinò solidità naturalezza
ed ogni cosa si ricollegò
erano lì ...

e pensavano a giorni
stranamente distinti
da tutti gli altri
aperti davanti a loro
come una fuga di stanze remote
e si unirono con un riso precipitoso
alla conversazione

Genocide, June 2025:
Israel is only the executioner, every nation which has armed that country in the past year is an accessory to that genocide, an accomplice, a facilitator.  We cannot talk about war crimes because when you target unarmed civilians, mostly women and children, we are talking about a massacre, like terrorists do, not a war. I have not been able to recover access to my other account [https://soundcloud.com/ha-kekong] for a couple of years.  I have tried a few times to get back into it but SoundCloud doesn't trust me.  Same phone number, same email addresses, and they still claim that they can't verify my identity.  I created that account about three years ago as a substitute to my regular account which SoundCloud temporarily closed.  They closed it as part of some upgrade procedure in their system, the result of a bug that affected many accounts, about two years ago.  Since SC did not inform its users I didn't know if that was permanent or not, so I created that other account which I can't access.  Don't be mad if I have not replied to your message in the past two years, that's because I never got them ; ) ... You can always reach me here though.

You can't see it because of the angle with which I took the shot, aiming down, but beyond those blocks is the sea.  To the left is the Mediterranean, to the right is the Atlantic Ocean.  No it's not Gibraltar, but a little bit further West. ... Actually I checked recently and it is further North more than West, I thought I was facing South when in fact I probably was facing the Atlantic ocean, which is why I suppose the waves were of a decent size where we were.
